There are so many different styles and colors and designs for Golf Hats that a lady hardly knows where to start. Here are some tips on the selection of a Ladies Golf Hat.
Make sure that you have a good fit - Many Ladies golf hats come with adjustable velcro straps, but if not make sure that the hat is a good fit. You want the hat to be snug enough to stay on in mild wind, but not so tight that it’s a distraction or leaves a mark on your forhead.
As with shirts, consider color for hot days - Because the hat is in direct sunlight, it’s wise to choose lighter colors than darker. The darker colors will warm up much faster and may become uncomfortable over the course of 18 holes.
Consider bill length - Hats come with bills that vary in length. A long bill is better at keeping the sun out of your eyes. If the style of a long bill is a turn-off, you can always wear shades, but most women don’t consider it an issue.
